Auf den AIRBATT LiFePO4-Batterien mit Polabdeckung ist eine benzinfeste Kunststoffabdeckung PP mit integriertem thermischen Sicherungsautomat 10A verklebt. Die Anschlussstecker werden nach Kundenwunsch konfektioniert - bitte wählen Sie entsprechend Ihres Steckerwunsches das passende Produkt aus. Sollte nicht der passende Stecker dabei sein oder wünschen Sie eine andere Steckerbelegung, so kontaktieren Sie uns einfach - Sonderanfertigungen sind jederzeit möglich!

Unsere AIRBATT Energiepower LiFePO4-Versorgungsbatterien werden in der AIRBATT-Qualitätstestreihe - bestehend aus Hochstrom-, Kapazitäts-, Hochfrequenz- und Beschleunigstest - auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Nur Batterien die erfolgreich diese Qualitätskontrolle durchlaufen werden für den Verkauf freigegben. Durch diesen Kontrolltest konnten wir sicherstellen, dass es mit unseren AIRBATT LiFePO4-Versorgungsbatterien noch nie zu Problemen gekommen ist.

Die LiFePO4-Batterien haben die gleichen Maße wie die entsprechenden Standard-Bleibatterien und können daher 1zu1 getauscht werden. Aus den Akkus kann eine Kapazität von 100% entnommen werden. Das BMS schaltet bei einer Stromentnahme von > 30A und einer Tiefentladung < 10V automatisch ab.

Für die LX- Navigationsgeräte wurden bei einer Abnahme von 0,9A folgende Spannungen ermittelt:

13,60V Akku = 100% (voll)
13,10V Akku = 50%
12,50V Akku = 10%
11,50V Akku = 4%
10,00V Akku = 1%

Unter 11,5V und bei höherer Stromentnahme - z.B. durch die Betätigung der Sendetaste - kann der Tiefentladeschutz bereits ansprechen und die Batterie zur Sicherheit abschalten.
